This dog has a long silky coat with no undercoat. It is compact, has V shaped, erect ears and a docked tail.

The Silky Terrier weighs between 8 and 10 pounds and stands between 9 and 11 inches tall.

Blue with red or blue with tan.

Origin
This breed comes from Australia where it was developed during the 19th century.

Temperament
Smart, curious and alert, they are quite active and can be willfull but are loving to their family.
