The Toy Fox Terrier

The Toy Fox Terrier is a big dog in a little body. He is intelligent, loving and lively. He can be a great companion dog, but watch out for his stubborn streak.

Description
This breed has a short coat, erect ears and a long muzzle. Tail is docked and stands tall.

Size
The Toy Fox Terrier weighs in at between 3.5 and 7 pounds and stands 10 inches tall.

Color
White with black and tan markings.

Origin
This breed originates from the USA and is fairly new being developed in the 1930's.

Temperament
Smart, sensitive and alert. Can be stubborn. He is athletic and affectionate.

Training
Ths breed is very smart and exceptionally easy to train.

Living Conditions
Very active but will do fine without a yard. Sensitive to the cold and must wear a sweater or coat in the winter.
